Remittance.finance update: REMIT Presale has ended, REMIT listed on Uniswap, start of DeFi.
It has been a busy but amazing week for Remittance.finance, in this Medium article we will look back at the progress that has been made.
Presale of REMIT has ended successfully
The Presale of the REMIT token started on Saturday 12th June 2021 at a price of 0.0001 ETH (~0,25 USD) per REMIT token on the Remittance.finance website. And on Tuesday 15th June the Presale ended. The timer was down at Zero (0) and all buyers in the Presale were able to press the Claim button to claim the REMIT tokens that they had bought.
With proud we can announce that 17.000+ REMIT tokens are sold in the Presale, eventhough REMIT has not been listed on CoinMarketCap or Coingecko yet, and also the DeFi options for REMIT were not activated yet on the Remittance.finance website. So thank you for your trust in Remittance.finance, you are the first Holdlers of the REMIT token, congratulations! Remember that there is only a limited supply of 5.000.000 REMIT tokens on the Ethereum blockchain and you are holding the first 17.000+ tokens!
REMIT token listed on Uniswap exchange
Shortly after the REMIT Presale ended, REMIT token was listed on Uniswap where you can now buy and trade the REMIT token at a price of 0.0002 ETH (Presale price was 0.0001 ETH).

Listing REMIT token on crypto ranking websites
While the Presale ended and REMIT tokens were added to the first exchange, Uniswap, in the mean time we are busy making sure that the REMIT token will also be listed on ranking websites like CoinMarketCap, Coingecko, Coinpaprika, Coinranking, Nomics, etc. Once this is approved, we’ll give you an update.

What is next for Remittance.finance
The next step will be offering Yield Staking and Yield Farming options on Remittance.finance where holders of the REMIT token can create a yield by locking their REMIT tokens on the Remittance.finance platform. Yield Staking APY will be as high as 72%, while the APY for Yield Farming can be even more, depending on the amount of locked LP tokens and other Yield Farmers in the pool.
Very exciting times are coming for Remittance.finance and the REMIT token. Please be informed that REMIT token can only be bought on one of the (future) exchanges or you can generate more REMIT by participating in Yield Staking or Yield Farming on the Remittance.finance platform.
